Important Safety Information
Wearing
- If you experience pain or significant discomfort while wearing ASHIRASE2, adjust the device to another position. If the pain or discomfort persists, discontinue use immediately.
- Always wear ASHIRASE2 with socks or similar clothing to avoid direct contact with exposed skin. Prolonged direct contact may cause skin irritation or inflammation in some users.
Device Handling
- ASHIRASE2 is designed for use in normal walking environments. Running while wearing it or subjecting it to strong impact may damage the device or its internal battery. If you suspect damage to the device or battery, stop using ASHIRASE2 immediately. Continued use may cause overheating or injury.
- Do not bend the vibrating parts excessively or allow them to shift out of place, where they may be stepped on. Such actions may lead to malfunction.
- Do not attempt to replace the battery, pry open, or disassemble the device. Doing so will void the warranty and may pose safety risks.
Navigation
- ASHIRASE navigation relies on data services, which may change and may not be available in all countries or regions. As a result, map or location-based information may be unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete. If navigation instructions do not match your surroundings, pay attention to current road conditions and follow actual circumstances.
Charging
- To charge ASHIRASE2, use the supplied charging cable or third-party cables and power adapters that comply with applicable national regulations and international safety standards. Other adapters may not meet safety requirements and could pose risks of injury or death.
- Do not use damaged cables or chargers, or charge in humid environments, as this may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to ASHIRASE2 and other property.
- Do not charge ASHIRASE2 if the charging contacts are wet. If charging does not start, thoroughly dry the charging area and remove any moisture from the connector before attempting again.
Important Handling Information
Cleaning
- To clean ASHIRASE2, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
- If ASHIRASE2 becomes wet, remove it from your shoes and allow it to dry completely.
Water Resistance
- ASHIRASE2 is water-resistant and has been tested to an IPX5 equivalent. However, water resistance is not permanent and may degrade over time with normal use. Damage from liquid exposure is not covered under warranty.
- To prevent water damage, avoid the following:
- Swimming or bathing while wearing ASHIRASE2
- Exposing ASHIRASE2 to running water such as taps or showers
- Using ASHIRASE2 in saunas or steam rooms
- Intentionally submerging ASHIRASE2 in water
- Operating ASHIRASE2 outside the recommended temperature range or in extremely humid conditions
- Dropping or subjecting ASHIRASE2 to impact
- Disassembling ASHIRASE2
Operating Temperature
- ASHIRASE2 is designed to charge in environments with ambient temperatures between 0 degrees C and 35 degrees C, and to operate between -20 degrees C and 50 degrees C. Using or charging the device outside these ranges may damage it or reduce battery life.
- Do not leave the device in places with sudden changes in temperature or humidity. It is normal for the device to become slightly warm during use or charging.
- If the internal temperature exceeds normal operating conditions (such as being left inside a hot car or exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods), charging may stop automatically.
