My Page
This section explains the settings and how to use the My Page screen.
“My Page” refers to the screen that appears when you tap the menu button in the top right corner of the ASHIRASE app, then tap the person icon labeled “My Page” at the top right of the menu list.
1. Profile Settings
In Profile Settings, you can update the information you entered when you registered for the app.
Each item is explained below.
1-1. Name & Icon Settings
You can change your registered name and profile icon.
Steps:
- Tap “Profile” on the My Page screen
- Tap “Name & Icon Settings”
- To change your icon:
If you are using a screen reader, tap the button labeled “Change Icon”
If you are using visual controls, tap the icon image - Select a photo
- To change your name, enter it in the name field below the icon
- Tap “Save” at the bottom of the screen
1-2. Change Email Address
You can change your registered email address.
These steps apply when you are logged in to the ASHIRASE app.
If you cannot log in because you forgot your email address, please check “Having trouble logging in?” on the login screen.
Steps:
- Tap “Profile” on the My Page screen
- Tap “Change Email Address”
- Enter your current ASHIRASE account password
- Enter your new email address, then enter it again in the confirmation field below
- Tap “Save” at the bottom of the screen
- You will receive a verification email. Tap the link in the email to complete verification
- Return to the app and tap “Verification Complete”
1-3. Change Password
You can change your registered password.
These steps apply when you are logged in to the ASHIRASE app.
If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, please check “Having trouble logging in?” on the login screen.
Steps:
- Tap “Profile” on the My Page screen
- Tap “Change Password”
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Enter the new password again for confirmation
- Tap “Save”
1-4. Phone Number Settings
You can change your registered phone number.
This information is used for identity verification if you forget your registered email address.
Steps:
- Tap “Profile” on the My Page screen
- Tap “Phone Number Settings”
- Delete the currently registered number and enter a new one
- Tap “Save”
1-5. Date of Birth Settings
You can change your registered date of birth.
This information is used for identity verification if you forget your registered email address.
Steps:
- Tap “Profile” on the My Page screen
- Tap “Date of Birth Settings”
- Update the currently registered date of birth
- Tap “Save”
2. Log Out
You can log out of the ASHIRASE app.
Please note that this does not delete your account.
Steps:
- Tap “Log Out” on the My Page screen
- When the message “Do you want to log out?” appears, tap “OK”
3. Delete Account
You can delete your ASHIRASE app account. After completing the deletion procedure, your account will remain active for 31 days and you can continue to use it during that period. After that, your account will be deleted.
Steps:
- Tap “Delete Account” on the My Page screen
- Enter your ASHIRASE account email address
- Enter your password
- Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen
- When the message “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” appears, tap “OK”
