Favorites

You can save frequently visited places such as your home or workplace to Favorites. This page explains how to register and use the favorites feature.

1. How to Register a Favorite

Follow these steps to search for and register a favorite location.

  1. Tap the “Favorites” button at the bottom left of the map screen.
  2. Tap “Add.”
  3. Search by place name or address.
  4. Select the desired location from the search results.
  5. Enter details such as the name and memo, choose a group to save, and tap the “Register” button.

For more information about groups, see section 6, Filtering the Favorites List. If the registered location does not match your intended destination, try registering your current location using the next method.

2. How to Register Your Current Location as a Favorite

Follow these steps to save your current location to favorites.

  1. Tap the star icon at the bottom left of the map screen. This is read as “Set map point.”
  2. Select “Register Current Position as Favorite.”
  3. Enter the registration details, choose a group to save, and tap the “Register” button.

[Important Notes]

  • When registering your current location, indoor settings may affect GPS accuracy. For better results, register while outdoors.

Follow these steps to start navigation to a registered favorite location.

  1. Tap the “Favorites” button at the bottom left of the map screen.
  2. Select the desired destination from the list.
  3. Confirm the route and tap the “Start Navigation” button.

Using the “Sort” and “Filter” features in the favorites screen can make it easier to find destinations, especially when you have many saved favorites.

4. Editing and Deleting Favorites

Follow these steps to edit a registered favorite location.

  1. Tap the “Favorites” button at the bottom left of the map screen.
  2. Select the favorite location you want to edit.
  3. Tap “Edit” at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Make the necessary changes and tap “Register” at the bottom left of the screen.

To delete a registered favorite, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the “Favorites” button at the bottom left of the map screen.
  2. Select the favorite location you want to delete.
  3. Tap “Edit” at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Tap “Delete” at the bottom right of the screen.

5. Changing the Display Order of Favorites

You can change the display order of your favorite locations by tapping “Sort” on the favorites screen. You can sort by:

  • Distance
  • Storage category
  • Registration date

6. Filtering the Favorites List

Tapping “Filter” on the favorites screen allows you to view your favorites by storage category. This feature is especially useful if you have a large number of registered favorites.

To edit or add a new storage category, tap “Filter,” then select “Edit Storage Categories” at the bottom of the screen. To add a new category, tap the “+” (plus) button at the top right of the screen.
